Justin La
Justin La is the founder of Acoustic Theory (formerly known as the Saskatoon Youth Barbershop Chorus) with the dream of promoting acapella singing in youth in 2017. He recieved his Bachelors of Music (Honours) and Bachelors in Education degrees in the summer of 2016 at the University of Saskatchewan.Justin had the opportunity to be part of several musical ensembles during university such as the Greystone Singers, Concert Band, Wind Orchestra, Chamber Ensemble and the University Chorus. He was also part of an acapella quartet known as the Sharp Flats which competed both in Canada and the US in various competitions.
Justin is currently the director of the Saskatoon Chimo Chordsmen and Acoustic Theory while teaching full time for the Saskatoon Public School Division as a music, choir and band teacher.
